Jon and I took Brooke and Kayla to the Zoo. Brooke had been looking forward to going all week and couldn't wait to see the lions, snakes, elephants and zebras with Kayla. The weather was perfect and we all had an enjoyable time. As we went through the zoo, the girls spotted the carousel and had fun selecting their animal to ride.
The girls had the chance to meet Miss Utah 2008, Kayla Barclay. Kayla thought it was pretty neat that she had the same name as her.

Brooke is such a doll! I love the zoo--we have a pass if you ever want to come with us! I'm so glad we can keep in touch this way (on the rare occasion I actually find time to update mine and check out what everyone's doing--I'm not very good that way!) Looks like you're doing well!
